Veda Yoga Ashram offers residential 200 Hour, 300 Hour and 500 Hour Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training Courses in Kerala, India, is affiliated with  and is registered with the Yoga Alliance, USA. Veda Yoga Ashram is dedicated to maintain the reputable levels of service and education that our students have come to expect from affiliated yoga schools. Veda Yoga Ashram traces its roots to Himalayan Yogic tradition. Our ashram has designed courses in the most comprehensive and unique way, empowering you to stand apart as an inspired yoga teacher. OUR TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMS

200 Hour

Our 200 Hr Yoga TTC in Kerala, India & Pokhara, Nepal is for students who want to build a strong Yoga foundation and impart the gift of Yoga to other students by becoming Yoga trainers.
As a traditional Yoga Ashram in Kerala & Nepal, we believe in imparting authentic education from its root.

300 Hour

For those who want to take a deep dive into the physical and spiritual world of yoga, we have our 300 Hr Yoga Teacher Training Course in Nepal, which is much-advanced yoga training for people who have already completed their initial level of 200 hour training.

500 Hour

For students who are dedicated, focused and want a life-changing experience, we have comprehensive 500 Hr Yoga TTC Nepal
This will have 200 Hr of training in the first month and during the second month.

An oasis for spirituality and a home for those seeking peace, Veda Yoga Ashram has brought the traditional yoga with 200 hour, 300 Hour, and 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program to the town of Pokhara, Nepal.

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - DAILY SCHEDULE

Veda yoga ashram teacher training program’s schedule is designed in very balanced way that it keeps the student in contemplation of the subject throughout the day and also allows them to have the personal time. The schedule is the best integration of theory and practice of yoga. It also allows the student to stay energetic for all the classes. The daily schedule of the course as follows:

Schedule 06:00 AM To 10:00 AM

You have to prepare yourself for the day with the enthusiastic mindset so that it reflects throughout the day. Early risers often have very well established sleep routines. This means going to bed early, and most likely at the same time every day is also a practice of discipline in the path of yoga.

yogic cleansing helps in detoxing the body and allows to enjoy the practice of asana and pranayama

Chanting helps the practitioner experiences a clearing of consciousness, peace of mind, and relief from unwanted drives and habits. As one develops more realization by chanting, he perceives the original, spiritual existence of the self. According to the Bhagavad-gita, this enlightened state “is characterized by one’s ability to see the self by the pure mind and to relish and rejoice in the self “

The word “Prana” stands for life force and this is believed to be the vital energy or life force that encompasses the body. This also serves as the link between the consciousness and the mind. … Once the breath is still, your mind is still as well

You will have the explanations of each posture and learn how to assist, how to teach postures, and why postures are important

Here the Students will learn anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga in order to strengthen their classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asana.

Schedule 11:30 PM To 10:45 PM

Philosophy: This class will prepare students to read and understand Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Each Friday, students will lead a discussion reflecting on the week’s readings. Before class, students should write down one question on a notecard directly related to the day’s reading and give this to the teacher at the start of class.
