500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
To enroll in the RYS 300 course, it is mandatory for you to have a RYS 200 certificate from the preceding course, as the curriculum builds on from the concepts you have formerly learned and practiced in your 200 hours Yoga TTC. RYS 300 hrs is for yoga teachers designated as RYT 200. The 200-hours yoga course lays the foundation of yoga for the students, whereas the 300-hours course helps in constructing a beautiful structure upon it. The deeper understanding of yoga molds the personality of a person becoming an inspired teacher. It will provide you knowledge of advance yoga teaching skills. After completion of 300 hrs you can teach beginner, intermediate and advanced students with clarity and condense. It enables you to get registered as RYT–500 and creates the new begning for you teach anywhere in the world.

300 HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING OBJECTIVES

  • Develop a daily practice of kriyas, asanas, pranayama, bandha, mudras, and dhyana.
  • Delve deeper into Yoga Anatomy and Physiology.
  • Introduction to Structural Yoga Therapy.
  • Study philosophy from the classical treatises of Yoga (Bhaghavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hathayoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and the Upanishads).
  • Introduction to Ayurveda and Marma Points.
  • Design and teach a 90-minute asana class to your peers which incorporates these components.
  • Plan and teach a 30-minute presentation to your peers regarding yoga-related topics (i.e., marma points, Ayurveda, yogic diet, anatomy, physiology, chakras, philosophy, mudras, etc.)

YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - DAILY SCHEDULE

Veda yoga ashram teacher training program’s schedule is designed in very balanced way that it keeps the student in contemplation of the subject throughout the day and also allows them to have the personal time. The schedule is the best integration of theory and practice of yoga. It also allows the student to stay energetic for all the classes. The daily schedule of the course as follows:

This means going to bed early, and most likely at the same time every day is also a practice of discipline in the path of yoga.

Here the Students will learn anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga in order to strengthen their classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asana.

Schedule 11:30 PM To 10:45 PM

Philosophy: This class will prepare students to read and understand Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Each Friday, students will lead a discussion reflecting on the week’s readings. Before class, students should write down one question on a notecard directly related to the day’s reading and give this to the teacher at the start of class.
