Our 200 Hour Roots of Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh is designed to offer more than 8 hours of daily yoga practice and learning, combining discipline with balance. The daily schedule integrates both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga, ensuring students develop a complete understanding of yogic philosophy, asana practice, pranayama, meditation, and teaching methodology.

Yogic Lifestyle, Food & Daily Discipline

To support intensive practice, students are served balanced, pure vegetarian meals, prepared according to Ayurvedic principles.
